Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Libbie Mill Partners LLC for using InnovationSignal.

1. Who we are
InnovationSignal (the "Service") is operated by Libbie Mill Partners LLC ("we", "us") at 5001 Libbie Mill East Blvd, Suite 413, Richmond, VA 23230. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us about any unauthorized use. Organization owners and admins control who joins their organization and are responsible for their members' activity. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or bulk-export data beyond what your plan allows; do not harass startups or send unsolicited bulk messages; do not misrepresent who you are; do not try to get around plan limits, security or privacy controls; and do not upload unlawful content. Introductions and messages must be relevant, professional and honest.
4. Data and accuracy
Company information, signals, Opportunity Scores and stage estimates are built from public and licensed sources and from what users submit. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. The Service is provided for research and does not give investment, legal, tax or business advice. Anyone listed can ask us to correct or remove information through the Data corrections page.
5. AI-generated reports
AI research reports are labelled "AI-generated" and each statement is marked Fact, Estimate or Insufficient verified information. They can contain mistakes. Check important facts yourself before relying on them. You can flag or correct any report.
6. Plans, billing and renewal
Paid plans are billed in U.S. dollars, in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until canceled. Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the period ends. If a payment fails we retry for a short grace period, after which paid features stop. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
7. Introduction credits
A provider is charged for an introduction only after the startup accepts it. Introduction credits are non-transferable and are tied to your organization. We do not charge success fees or percentage referral fees.
8. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to make an exception. If a payment is refunded or disputed, what it paid for (plan access, unused credits or a sponsorship) ends.
9. Sponsored placements
Sponsored placements are always labelled "Sponsored", shown apart from organic results, and never change scores or match rankings. We review every placement before it runs and may reject, pause or remove one that is misleading or breaks these Terms.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to host, display and process it to run the Service, including showing public profile information to other users.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending your use
You can deactivate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches. Sections on data, disclaimers and liability continue after your account ends.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new date here and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email or in the app before they take effect.
