Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancelling, downgrading and refunds work for InnovationSignal plans, credits and sponsorships.

Cancelling a plan
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
Downgrades and upgrades
Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can undo a scheduled downgrade before then.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide to make an exception. To ask for one, email info@libbiemillpartners.com within 14 days of the charge and tell us why.
Introduction credits
A provider is charged for an introduction only after the startup accepts it. Unused credits are tied to your organization, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable for cash except where the law requires.
Sponsored placements
If we reject a sponsorship before it runs, you get a full refund. Once a placement has started, it is not refundable unless we remove it for a reason that is not your fault.
Refunded or disputed payments
If a payment is refunded or disputed, what it paid for ends: plan access, unused credits or the sponsored placement.
